SECRET WORD CONTESTS

Because there are so many types of computers, smart phones, and operating systems being used to login to accounts to enter the secret word it is difficult to address each issue about problems with the secret word contests but here are a few tips that will hopefully assist those having issues:

1. You must have a ClubYSET account to enter the secret word and participate in contests and you must be logged in to your personal account prior to entering the secret word. If you are not logged in when you enter the secret word the system will inform you of this. (Don't have an account? Get one here!) Click on the "get one here" link, fill out the information, and then use that information you provided to login to your ClubYSET account. Once this is done you can enter the secret word to enter the contest.

IMPORTANT: If you enter the correct "secret word" from the homepage of the website but have no account, or you have not logged in to your account, the LOGIN button will perform no function because it does not recognize a correct email and password in the ClubYSET database. (See #2 below to obtain a ClubYSET account)

2. If you do not have an account you can get one here: http://yoursoutheasttexas.com/signup or look for the sign-in / sign-up box at the top/left of the site.

3. Once you have set up your ClubYSET account you can enter the "secret word' from the homepage of the website. This must be the correct secret word. Words usually run for a week at a time so you must know the correct secret word. Out of date words will no longer work and the system will inform you that it is not a match. (No match, try again)

4. Some smart phones will not allow you to enter a secret word. Unfortunately we have no control over this issue. The best way to enter secret word contests is to do it from a computer. Hopefully this helps with most issues. If you need additional assistance please email the "YourSoutheastTexas ADMIN" from the following link: http://yoursoutheasttexas.com/contact and we will do our best to assist each of you on an individual basis.
